Herbalife India has joined hands with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) for Paradox 2025, the institution’s flagship annual festival.

The partnership centred around the theme “Unlocking the Secret to Holistic Wellness,” aiming to spark meaningful conversations around physical health, nutrition, and mental resilience—especially within India’s high-performance academic environments.

A keynote session was delivered by Ajay Khanna, MD, Herbalife India who spoke on how prioritising holistic health can enhance academic performance, support better decision-making, and contribute to an improved quality of life.

“Herbalife has been a valued partner in our mission to make quality education and holistic development accessible to all. Their active participation in Paradox as a CSR volunteering partner — from engaging student interactions and wellness-focused experiences to supporting 1,000 learners in our BS in Data Science program with scholarship — reflects their deep commitment to youth empowerment,” said Prof Andrew Thangaraj, Chair, CODE and Coordinator, IITM BS Program.

Herbalife’s alliance with IIT Madras is built for the long term. Together, they’ve launched the Herbalife-IITM Plant Cell Fermentation Lab, which is driving innovation in plant-based nutrition and sustainability—an effort that aligns closely with national priorities like the Bio-E3 policy and the UN SDGs. They have supported 1,000 scholarships in the Data Science and Applications programme, with half of them going to women scholars.
